The hog has arrived! A big thanks to Chef Vinny for getting our pig ready for the feast on Sunday! This beauty is an Old Spot/Hampshire crossbreed. We purchased our pig from Chickering Farm in Westmoreland, NH. The land has been farmed for seven generations with a focus on raising livestock humanely and without the use of growth hormones.
