“The Block” Reservations

 

Gather Around “The Block” -
Drink invites you to host a party, within our party! Curate your individual party experience at Drink with a reservation at “The Block”, the bar to the far right of the room which houses the 50 pound ice block. Large parties will be able to reserve the entire “block”, and craft an evening suited specifically for them.

“The Block” Reservations:

* Available Sunday - Thursdays with a reservation (blackout dates do apply). 4pm - 1am.
* A dedicated, personal bartender will be made available for “the block” for the entire length of the reservation.
* 5 different experiences that include both a prix-fixe menu and beverages will be available to choose from, or guests can customize their own based on their personal preferences.
* Accommodates up to 8 seated guests and 15 standing
* Requires a 48 hour advance reservation, depending upon availability*

The Big Easy Crawfish Boil - (or clam bake)
Venture down South y’all for a night on the bayou. Feast on cajun crawfish, boiled with red potatoes and corn on the cob, served family-style in traditional pails. The bar will be lined in newspaper, and the beer will be cold!

Polynesian Pig Roast -
Grab your lei and bring your friends for a family-style, slow-roasted suckling pig, carved by the chef at the bar. Dine on Polynesian inspired sides such as pork and green garlic dumplings. No trip to the islands would be complete without tiki drinks including classics like the Jungle Bird, Zombie and Mai Tai.

An Afternoon “Tea” -
There’s nothing proper about this afternoon tea! Gather around the punch bowl for chilled “tea punches” inspired by the storied varieties of the 1800’s such as, George Regent’s Punch, Charleston’s Cecilia Punch, and Savannah’s Chatham Artillery Punch. Nibble on an assortment of both sweet and savory bite-size canapés, petit fours and mignardise.

Raw Bar & Caviar -
Indulge yourself in the luxury of a raw bar with caviar service. Fresh from the waters of both the East and West coast, oysters on the half shell, clams, shrimp, crab and lobster will be served on crushed ice with several varieties of caviar by the ounce, as well as all of the traditional accompaniments. Carefully-selected wines such as a gentle Pinot Blanc, mineral-intense Albarino, or an aromatic Moscato Giallo will be poured to awaken the terroir of the shellfish.

Interactive Tasting Demonstration -
Food and drink enthusiast selecting this experience should be prepared to roll up their sleeves and put on an apron for an interactive cocktail or cheese demonstration. Guests choosing the cocktail demonstration will learn from Drink’s knowledgeable mixologist about the craft of the cocktail, and of course taste, what culinary masterpieces it pairs well with. Guests selecting the cheese demonstration will be guided through the cheese making process by Drink’s talented chefs, while sampling different styles of speciality cheese and sipping on beverages that are perfectly paired for the occasion.

*Cancellation Policy: No charge if you cancel up to 7 days before your reservation, if applicable. If you cancel less than 7 days prior to your reservation, you will be charged 50% of the amount originally booked.
